CHAIR GABRIELLE LEDOUX called the House Rules Standing Committee meeting to order at 12:31 p.m. Representatives Stutes, Kito III, Chenault, Eastman, Reinbold (via teleconference), Claman, and LeDoux were present at the call to order.

CHAIR LEDOUX announced that the only order of business was an organizational meeting of the House Rules Standing Committee.

REPRESENTATIVE CLAMAN moved and asked unanimous consent that the House Rules Standing Committee delegate the duties and responsibilities set out in Uniform Rule 18 for the preparation of the House daily calendar, including the scheduling of bills for the floor, to the chair of the committee for regular sessions of the Thirtieth Alaska State Legislature and any special sessions; this delegation remains in effect until the committee withdraws it.

CHAIR LEDOUX asked if there was any objection. There being none, she announced that the motion carried.
