Fisheries meeting to  order at 9:55 a.m.   Representatives Stutes                                                               
and Fansler  were present at  the call to order.   Representative

CHAIR STUTES reconvened the House  Special Committee on Fisheries                                                               
that was  recessed to  a call,  on 3/28/17.   She  announced that                                                               
there  was no  further  business to  conduct,  and adjourned  the
